Since November 1, 2023, a technological transition has been underway in the restaurant industry, aiming to replace the Sales Recording Module (SRM) with a new technology solution based on a cloud-based environment, called WEB-SRM. This solution has already been in use in the paid passenger transport sector since 2021.

By May 31, 2025, at the latest, if you operate a restaurant subject to mandatory invoicing measures, you will be required to transmit your transaction data using a certified Sales Recording System (SRS) designed to communicate with WEB-SRM. Additionally, you must provide each customer with an invoice issued by this certified SRS.
